Beat the Bloat Blueprint - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Beat the Bloat Blueprint, an educational program designed to help individuals understand gut health and implement foundational lifestyle changes. By enrolling in this program and accessing the content, tools, and materials, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Purposes Only (Important Disclaimer)

All content within the Beat the Bloat Blueprint — including videos, worksheets, guides, trackers, PDFs, emails, and recommendations — is for educational purposes only.

This program:

  • Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

  • Is not a substitute for personalised medical advice

  • Should not replace consultations with your GP, specialist, or qualified healthcare provider

You are responsible for:

  • Consulting your doctor before making any changes to diet, supplements, lifestyle, or medications

  • Using your own judgment when applying information from the program

  • Seeking medical care if any red flags or health concerns arise

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, have known medical conditions (including IBS/SIBO/IBD), or require personalised support, you must consult your healthcare team or upgrade to the 1:1 VIP option.

2. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes

  • Any symptom changes, supplement decisions, or dietary adjustments you make are done at your own discretion

  • You will reach out to a qualified practitioner if you experience persistent symptoms, worsening symptoms, or any red flags

  • You will speak to your GP immediately if you notice concerning changes such as:

    • Blood in stools

    • Severe abdominal pain

    • Significant weight changes

    • Abnormal blood test results

    • Worsening fatigue, dizziness, or mental health symptoms

Red flag management is your responsibility. The program provides general education, but 1:1 guidance is required for medical concerns.

3. Not Suitable for All Individuals

The program is designed for general gut health education. It is not suitable without medical supervision if you have:

  • Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or other forms of IBD

  • Complex autoimmune disease

  • Severe digestive disorders

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding needs

  • Prescription medication considerations

  • Unexplained bleeding, severe pain, or progressive symptoms

These situations require tailored guidance — we recommend upgrading to VIP support or speaking to your GP.

4. Program Access

Your enrolment grants you 6 months access to the Beat the Bloat Blueprint materials.
This includes:

  • Video modules

  • Worksheets & guides

  • Checklists, tools, and trackers

Modules may be updated or improved at any time to enhance the user experience.

Access is time-limited and non-refundable.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Every individual is different. While many participants see improvements in digestion, energy, skin, and overall wellbeing, results are not guaranteed.

Your progress depends on:

  • Your consistency

  • Your personal health history

  • Your willingness to implement the tools

  • Your medical conditions or medications

  • External factors such as stress, sleep, or lifestyle

The Beat the Bloat Blueprint provides education, you are responsible for outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, worksheets, text, graphics, brand assets, and any downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Level Up Natural Health & Performance.

You agree:

  • Not to share your login details

  • Not to copy, distribute, or reproduce program content

  • Not to teach or resell any program materials in any form

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program, no refunds are available once access is granted.

8. Community & Communication (If Using Group Calls or Support)

If optional accountability calls or group spaces are accessed:

You agree to:

  • Maintain kindness, respect, and confidentiality

  • Avoid giving medical advice to others

  • Not share promotional content, affiliate links, or coaching services

  • Understand that group calls are educational and not personalised medical care

We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate behaviour at any time.

You agree to consult your GP or seek urgent medical attention if you:

  • Experience worsening symptoms

  • Notice changes that concern you

  • Have unusual blood test results

  • Experience medication interactions

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have severe or ongoing digestive symptoms
